The second morning of the two-day Parthi Yatra by devotees from Eluru district of Andhra Pradesh unfolded in an atmosphere of deep devotion and gratitude at Prasanthi Nilayam on August 9, 2026.
As an expression of their heartfelt love and reverence for Bhagawan, the devotees offered Sri Sathya Sai Ashtottara Shata Namavali, chanting the 108 sacred names of Bhagawan and offering sacred rice grains at Swami’s photograph.
The morning also witnessed a meaningful seva initiative aimed at empowering rural families. Thirty-nine economically challenged farmers, who are members of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Eluru district, received Bhagawan’s prasadam in the form of sophisticated battery-operated power sprayers for use in their agricultural activities.
The equipment was distributed to the deserving beneficiaries by Mr RJ Rathnakar, Managing Trustee, Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. This thoughtful initiative will enable the farmers to carry out their agricultural activities with greater ease and efficiency, while strengthening their livelihoods and helping them move towards greater self-reliance.
