Trees teach the lesson of sacrifice in that they not only bear fruit while they are alive, but also give up their bodies to be used as firewood after their life is over. Among teachers, a tree is the greatest.

SSSGC’s international programme, Sri Sathya Sai Prema Tharu, envisages planting 10 million trees by the Centenary of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba on 23rd November 1925.
