Prasanthi Nilayam blossomed with youthful vibrance and spiritual fervour as thousands of Sai Youth from Telangana gathered in massive numbers, filling the Sai Kulwant Hall entirely. With hearts overflowing with devotion and gratitude, these dedicated young minds journeyed to the abode of peace like ‘Ram Bantu’ to their beloved Sai Rama, preparing to soak in the divine vibrations of the Ramanavami celebrations, set to take place tomorrow. This 3-day Parthi Yatra is not just a pilgrimage—it is a profound expression of love, surrender, and service at the lotus feet of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
The day began with an inspiring address by the State President of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Telangana, Sri P Venkat Rao, who lovingly reminded the youth of the acronym SAI that Bhagawan often used—Service, Adoration, Illumination. He drew beautiful parallels to the paths of Karma, Bhakti, and Jnana, guiding the youth on how to walk the spiritual path with purity, patience and perseverance.
Another touching moment of the day was the heartfelt experience shared by the State Youth Mahila coordinator, Ms Nagajyothi. Standing as a living testament to Bhagawan’s boundless compassion, she narrated her miraculous recovery during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. When doctors had lost hope and advised her family to prepare for final rites, Swami appeared in her dream that very night—and the next day, she began her unexpected and complete recovery. Since then, she has continued to serve with immense dedication, becoming a true inspiration for countless youths joining the Sai Mission.
In a novel, noble and unique launch this morning, the youth have initiated a social media campaign heralding the Centenary Celebrations of Bhagawan, with the hashtag: #100ActsofGoodness. This conscious effort calls on youth to live Swami’s teachings through action. They have chosen to embody and practise six core values dear to Bhagawan, dedicating one value for each day of the week:
• Being Compassionate
• Being Patient
• Charity
• Forgiveness
• Integrity
• Love
Each act is offered as a flower at His Feet by seeing Swami in everyone and sharing it with the world through their social media handles—spreading ripples of goodness and spiritual awareness far and wide.
Adding to the divinely charged morning was the announcement of another heart-touching initiative: #SaiInEveryHome. With the noble vision of transforming every household into a centre of Love and Devotion, the youth have resolved to distribute 1 million photographs of Bhagawan to new devotees across Telangana. This soulful project was formally launched at Sivam Mandir by Sri RJ Rathnakar, Managing Trustee of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, and is now inspiring youth across the globe to take part in this global wave of transformation and love by posting the details, tracking the progress of the endeavour with the hashtag.
The morning culminated in a soul-soothing chanting of Sri Sathya Sai Ashtottara Shatanamavali. As every name of the Lord was chanted with reverence, rice grains were lovingly offered to Swami’s photograph, infusing the hall with divine vibrations and grace. As they return to their districts after this divine recharge, the youth of Telangana carry back not just memories but a mission. A mission to live Swami’s message, to walk the path of love and service, and to lead lives that reflect His Light.
