Emanuele Esercito is one of the Italian devotees who participated in the Zone 6 SSSGC pilgrimage from July 28 to August 3. Along his bajan group, Shiva Ragandharva, he performed in front of Bhagawan’s Sacred Sannidhi in Sai Kulwant Hall, offering a series of songs, bhajans, and mantras to Him. Before returning to Italy, he posted this beautiful article on his Facebook page, which we are sharing here.
“I would like to express my gratitude to this wonderful country, whose love has changed my life. I would also like to thank the people who have preserved the sacredness handed down for millennia, awakening the most precious souls over time.
Thank you all.
You have given me more than I have ever given the universe.
Thank you for your bright eyes, your gazes as deep as the sky, your smiles as sweet as honey, your sincere handshakes, your affectionate words, and your namaste that awakens the heart. I have found Baba’s love and his teachings in all your gestures. Baba is here. His divine presence is in each of your hearts. You have given me so many emotions, and precious tears have often flowed from my eyes.
Some time ago, a master in Arunachala noticed how moved I was and told me, “When this happens, God is speaking to you.”
Here, too, God has spoken to me through each one of you. You have made me feel as if I have come home. The family I have found here is, I believe, the greatest dream Baba ever had for humanity. However, his most important message cannot end here. When I return to my country , my soul will remain here. It will remain here forever. Only my body will leave. It is going to carry Baba’s message to the world. I will embody love and service. I will recognize God in every being. Baba, please, give me strength and honor to do this.
