Coming together for the second time as a united district after the merger, over 2500 devotees, clad in radiant yellow scarves, completed their memorable Parthi Yatra at the hallowed precincts of Prasanthi Nilayam.
In his heartfelt address, Mr Netaji Naidu (District President) spoke about the various service activities undertaken by the devotees in the district and expressed their collective gratitude at the Lotus Feet of Bhagawan.
The highlight of the evening was a creative musical dance drama presented by the Sai Youth. The central theme revolved around a profound question: What gift could be offered to Bhagawan on His 100th Birthday?
This was symbolically enacted through a unique sadhana — tying rubber bands around their wrists and pulling them as a reminder to overcome the pull of the ego. In the course of the presentation, Lord Ganesha and Lord Subramanya guided the youth by beautifully explaining, through the lens of Swami’s Chinna Kathas, the subtle differences between Sattvic, Rajasic, and Tamasic Ahankara (egos).
The soulful blend of music, dance, drama, and deep spiritual truths made the presentation not only thought-provoking but also spiritually elevating for the entire gathering. The message was clear — the best gift to the Lord is the transformation of one’s heart and the surrender of one’s ego at His Lotus Feet.
