The valedictory function of the momentous Summer Course and Human Values Conference unfolded with elevating vibrance as the students from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, along with young adults from Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations (SSSSO) and Sri Sathya Sai Global Council (SSSGC), came together in a spirit of unity and devotion.
The proceedings commenced with a reverential and energising procession. The resonant strains of Panchavadyam, Nadaswaram, the Brass Band, and Veda chanting filled the hall, suffusing the atmosphere with sacred energy. Holding placards symbolically representing their respective places, each participant humbly offered themselves at Bhagawan’s Sannidhi, bowing in deep gratitude and love for the priceless opportunity to be in His divine presence on this treasured occasion.
Over the past four days, the participants were immersed in a variety of inspiring talks, engaging presentations, lively discussions, and uplifting programmes—all designed to help them internalise Bhagawan’s timeless teachings and expand their hearts and minds to embody the ideals set forth by our beloved Master.
An inspiring keynote address by Sri Nimish Pandya, All India President of SSSSO, further reinforced Swami’s eternal message that the end of education is character. He emphasised the importance of conscious personal self-transformation, reminding everyone that the ultimate realisation is that God alone is the Doer, and we are merely instruments in His divine hands. Reflecting on Swami’s first lesson to the world as a twelve-year-old boy in the play Cheppinattu Chesthara (Do You Practice What You Preach?), he highlighted the profound necessity of unifying thought, word, and deed as the very foundation of steady and lasting transformation.
With hearts brimming with gratitude and silent strength, the participants rose with renewed commitment and enthusiasm to become the change they wish to see in the world. The serene evening concluded with a collective prayer, filled with love, resolve, and devotion to remain ever His instruments, carrying His message into the world with humility and purpose.
