The resplendent Onam celebrations at Prasanthi Nilayam concluded on a deeply inspiring note with a soul-stirring drama presentation by the Bal Vikas children of Malappuram, Kerala, titled “Paritranaya Bhaktanam”—depicting the life story of the saintly poetess Janabai.
Through vibrant dances, expressive acting, and devotional fervour, the Bal Vikas children transported the audience into Janabai’s world, leaving them moved and inspired. Against the divine backdrop of Onam celebrations in Sai Kulwant Hall, this presentation served as a fitting reminder that the true spirit of Onam lies not merely in festivity, but in the purity of heart and steadfast devotion to God.
The Kerala team adorned Sai Kulwant Hall with vibrant decorations and colourful ‘Pookalam’—traditional floral rangolis—that brought the spirit of Onam alive in Prasanthi, adding to the festive ambience over three days.
