Cultural Folk Dances by the Sai Youth from Telangana | April 5, 2025

On a spiritually charged and auspicious Saturday evening, the Sai Youth of Telangana came together in a powerful expression of devotion and cultural celebration. The evening began with the State Youth Coordinator, Sri Nagaraju, addressing the gathering, highlighting the numerous seva activities undertaken by the youth across the state — from feeding the needy and village upliftment to educational initiatives and spiritual programs. With heartfelt prayers, he invoked the blessings of Lord Sai Rama, asking Him to instill in every youth the boundless energy and unwavering dedication of Lord Hanuman, to carry His divine mission far and beyond.

With devotion brimming in every heart, the youth collectively chanted the Hanuman Chalisa, filling the atmosphere with divine vibrations and setting the stage for what was to come — a vibrant showcase of Telangana’s rich folk heritage through five traditional dance forms – Gussadi Dance, Perini Shivathandavam, Lambadi Dance, Koya Kommu Dance and Dhimsa Dance.

Each performance was a tribute to the state’s cultural diversity and the spiritual energy that drives Sai youth in their service and sadhana. Through this vibrant offering of folk traditions, the youth not only honoured their cultural roots but also offered their love and devotion at the lotus feet of Bhagawan.
