Empowering the Visually Impaired with Innovative Technology – A Noble Initiative by Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust | June 22, 2025

As part of its ongoing commitment to digital inclusion and support for persons with disabilities, the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust is taking yet another significant leap forward through its digital education initiative – Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini program.

In a heartfelt gesture of seva, Mr Srinivas Prasad Vangaru from Pleasanton, California, met Mr RJ Rathnakar, Managing Trustee of Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, this evening and presented 25 pairs of Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses. These advanced glasses will be distributed to individuals with low vision or blindness during the upcoming Global Education Summit of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini.

Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses represent the very best of smart wearable technology. Powered by artificial intelligence capabilities, these lightweight, stylish glasses come equipped with built-in cameras, speakers, and hands-free controls. They can describe surroundings, recognise faces and objects, read printed text aloud, and help navigate environments — truly transforming how people with visual impairments experience the world.

By embracing such path-breaking solutions, Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust continues its tradition of holistic, compassionate care, bringing light, knowledge, and independence into the lives of those who need it most.
