On 23 December 2025, Federica Romanin Jacur, the president of the Sai Centre in Padua, Italy, and her family — her husband, Riccardo Cattelino, and their children, Jacopo and Miriam — donated over 600 packages of school supplies to the children of the Sai Gheeta School in Puttaparthi, both young and old.
They came to Prashanti to celebrate Christmas at the sacred home of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai. It was through Mr Patel, a Sai devotee, that they have known about this school. “It was a truly emotional day,” says Federica, “especially for my children, who returned to Prashanti after many years and experienced this place with a more mature awareness.” It was a touching moment for them, too. Today the mandir was overflowing with people . The New Zealand Centre (SSSGC) performed some beautiful Christian songs.
Prasad was then distributed to everyone. It was truly a wonderful day.”
