Parthi Yatra by the Devotees from Haryana & Chandigarh | Sai Kulwant Hall, Prasanthi Nilayam | August 4–5, 2025

As part of their two-day Parthi Yatra, devotees from Haryana and Chandigarh offered a devotional music program titled “Sai Shravan Sur Sarita” in Sai Kulwant Hall, Prasanthi Nilayam.

The morning session began with invocatory Vedam chantinMangala Arati to Bhagawana spiritually elevating atmosphere. This was followed by the devotional music program. themed around the holy month of Shravan, which is traditionally dedicated to Lord Shiva, the songs were carefully curated to reflect the spiritual essence and significance of this sacred period. Mondays in the month of Shravan are especially considered auspicious for inner growth and divine blessings, and the musical presentation beautifully aligned with this spirit of devotion and surrender.

The program opened with a soothing invocation to Ma Saraswati, setting a serene and devotional tone for the rest of the offering.

The session concluded with soulful bhajans, followed by Mangala Arati to Bhagawan.

On the spiritually charged evening, the Sai Kulwant Hall witnessed a moving dance drama presentation by the Bal Vikas girls from Sofia Convent School, Panipat. The presentation, titled ‘Karishye Vachanam Tava’ — “I shall do as You say” — was a heartfelt offering that seamlessly blended the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita with the eternal message of Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

With evocative music, expressive dance, and poignant narration, the children portrayed the inner churning of Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra — a battlefield symbolic of the confusions, dilemmas, and challenges that each one of us faces today. Through vivid sequences, they highlighted the key teachings from the Gita, such as Nishkama Karma (selfless action), equanimity in joy and sorrow, and surrender to the Divine Will. The presentation served as a clarion call to all — to become modern-day Arjunas, surrendering to our beloved Sai Krishna and following His words with steadfast faith and determination.

The children reminded us that every choice we make can be guided by Sai’s Upadesh, and every step can be an offering when walked in the light of His love.

Earlier, Ms Sangeeta Bhatnagar (State Education Coordinator) addressed the gathering with touching reflections from her interactions with Bhagawan. She gently posed a thought-provoking question to the audience — “What gift shall we offer Bhagawan on His Centenary Birthday?” Her answer was simple yet profound: To live His teachings — that is the true garland we can weave for our Lord.
