Pilgrimage to Prasanthi by the devotees from Malaysia, Zone 5 – SSSGC | Day 2 | Sep 18, 2025

The sacred Sai Kulwant Hall resounded with devotion and gratitude as the week-long pilgrimage of devotees from Zone 5, Malaysia, concluded in bliss on this final evening. Over 200 devotees, who had travelled across oceans to be in the Lord’s Abode during the Centenary Year of His Advent, gathered to offer their hearts in loving thanksgiving at His Lotus Feet.

The evening commenced with an inspiring address by Ms Anusooya S Natchimuthu, Deputy VP, Education. Growing up in a devout Sai family, she imbibed from her parents the unshakable conviction that He is verily God. She movingly recalled her first darshan during the Summer Course of 1993, when the very sight of Swami’s resplendent form left her awestruck. With deep emotion, she narrated a touching episode where Swami’s unseen hand protected her kids in a life-threatening situation, affirming that Swami does not merely bless—He carries His devotees through every trial. Her sharing echoed with faith that He is ever-present and ever-protective.

Following this came a spirited and colourful presentation by the SSSE children of Zone 5, who offered the traditional Malaysian choral singing, Dikir Barat. Clad in traditional attire, the young ones filled the hall with rhythmic clapping, synchronised movements, and powerful melodies that lifted every heart. Their vibrant performance, brimming with innocence and sincerity, stood as a glowing testimony of their devotion to the Lord.

A moment of great significance then unfolded as the graduating students of the SSSE program were felicitated with their certificates by Mr RJ Rathnakar, Managing Trustee of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, and Mrs Himavahni Rathnakar. This cherished milestone, etched with the blessings of Bhagawan, will remain forever in the lives of these young graduates as they step forth with His values to guide them.
