The final day of the Sri Sathya Sai Global Bal Vikas Gurus’ Conference 2026 unfolded around the inspiring theme, “Blossoming of Excellence,” bringing the three-day international gathering to a meaningful conclusion.
The morning session commenced with an inspiring talk by Ms Lakshmi Suresh, Bal Vikas alumna and Guru, who reflected on the transformative influence of the Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas program in shaping lives rooted in human values, selfless service, and devotion. Drawing from her personal journey, she illustrated how Bal Vikas nurtures character alongside knowledge, inspiring Gurus to mould future generations with love and compassion.
This was followed by an insightful address by Dr Mahesh Narayanan, Bal Vikas Guru and Teachers’ Trainer from the UK, who narrated how every Bal Vikas Guru performs the three sacred functions of creation, preservation, and transformation – awakening noble qualities, nurturing them with love, and removing negative tendencies. Through personal experiences with Bhagawan, he underscored the importance of punctuality, meticulous preparation, positive speech, and leading by personal example. He reminded participants that knowledge must be transformed into skill and character into conduct, for a Guru’s life itself is the greatest lesson imparted to children.
Following the talks, delegates collectively took the Bal Vikas Gurus’ Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to uphold Bhagawan’s ideals and dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to the sacred mission of nurturing children with love, humility, and selfless service.
Delivering the Valedictory Address, Mr Nimish Pandya (AIP-SSSSO) expressed gratitude to the organisers and delegates from sixteen countries for making the conference a vibrant celebration of Bhagawan’s educational mission. Emphasising that every child should be regarded as one’s own, he called upon Gurus to continue serving as instruments of divine love and to carry the message of Bal Vikas to every corner of the world. He reaffirmed that the Bal Vikas movement is not merely an educational program but a divinely ordained mission to awaken the inherent divinity in every child and build a society founded on love, unity, and noble character.
