NextGen | National Level Capacity Building Workshop | Sep 18, 2026

Young hearts. One purpose. A shared commitment to carry forward Bhagawan’s Divine Mission.

Prasanthi Nilayam is witnessing a vibrant confluence of youthful energy and spiritual aspiration as the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations (SSSSO), India, host a two-day NextGen Workshop, bringing together over 500 young delegates from across the country.

Held for the second consecutive year at Prasanthi Nilayam, the workshop serves as a meaningful platform for the delegates to connect, learn, reflect and renew their commitment to Bhagawan’s ideals.

The inaugural session commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp in the divine presence by revered Trustees of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, along with the All India President, SSSSO.

Speaking on the purpose of the gathering, Mr Nimish Pandya (AIP, SSSSO) emphasised the deeper significance of the term NextGen in Bhagawan’s vision. Far beyond a contemporary expression, it represents the eternal process of one generation nurturing, guiding and preparing the next. The beautiful analogy of a relay race brought this message alive — each generation has the sacred responsibility to receive the baton with enthusiasm, run its lap with dedication, and pass it forward with even greater energy and commitment.

The two-day workshop features insightful talks, interactive sessions, group discussions and engaging activities in different Indian languages, providing the young delegates opportunities to participate meaningfully, exchange experiences and gain fresh perspectives.

At the heart of the gathering is the call to transform oneself through Bhagawan’s teachings and become a living instrument of Sathya, Dharma, Shanti, Prema and Ahimsa. The spirit of the workshop finds its expression in the timeless pledge of Arjuna: “Karishye Vachanam Tava” — I shall do as You command.
