*Dance Offering by the Bal Vikas Children from Erode District, Tamil Nadu (South) | June 21, 2026*

The sacred precincts of Sai Kulwant Hall came alive on Sunday evening as over 160 Bal Vikas children from the hilly regions and rural villages of Erode District, Tamil Nadu, offered a vibrant and spiritually elevating dance drama titled ‘End of Arupadai Veedu: Love All, Serve All’ at the Divine Sannidhi of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

Mr R Vijay Balaje, District Cultural Coordinator, shared a heartfelt message of gratitude and surrender, describing the yatra as a sacred journey of devotion rather than a mere cultural offering. Reflecting on months of prayer, preparation, and perseverance, he recounted how numerous challenges were overcome through divine grace, with solutions emerging at every step when obstacles seemed insurmountable.

The dance skit beautifully reimagined the pilgrimage of the revered Tamil saint-poet Avvaiyar through the six sacred abodes of Lord Murugan, collectively known as the Arupadai Veedu. At each holy shrine, Avvaiyar was guided towards a deeper spiritual understanding, discovering timeless values essential for every seeker on the path.

Her journey began at Thiruparankundram, where she learned the power of unwavering faith. At Tiruchendur, the Lord’s triumph over evil revealed the virtues of courage and righteousness. At Palani, Murugan, as the renunciate Andi, taught the beauty of simplicity and contentment. At Swamimalai, the divine Guru imparted the wisdom that true knowledge transcends age and status. The pilgrimage then led her to Tiruttani, where she discovered the peace that arises from self-mastery and inner stillness. Finally, at Pazhamudircholai, through the Lord’s playful yet profound guidance, she imbibed the virtues of humility, love, and spiritual maturity, realising that the highest wisdom blossoms through surrender to the Divine.

Through a captivating blend of Bharatanatyam and traditional folk-art forms such as Oyilattam, Kolattam, Karagattam, and Kurathi Attam, the young performers—many of whom were performing for the first time in Sai Kulwant Hall—brought these sacred episodes vividly to life, combining artistic excellence with profound spiritual messaging.

The drama culminated in a powerful and uplifting revelation. Beyond the six celebrated abodes, Avvaiyar was guided to the supreme and eternal abode of peace—Prasanthi Nilayam. Here, the teachings of Lord Murugan found their fulfilment in the universal message of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The journey reached its spiritual crescendo with the timeless ideals, “Love All, Serve All” and “Help Ever, Hurt Never”, presented as the ultimate destination of every spiritual quest.
